Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your RPMBase account and associated personal data. This page meets common app-store requirements for a public deletion path.
1. Request deletion by email
Email support@rpmbase.app from the email address on your RPMBase account. Subject line: Account deletion request.
Include whether you use iOS or Android, and any other detail that helps us find the account.
We verify ownership before processing. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, often sooner.
2. In-app path
While signed in, open Profile (or Settings / About) and tap Delete account. The app shows a confirmation that explains deletion is permanent, then asks you to confirm again. Apple Sign In users may be asked to authenticate with Apple so the Sign in with Apple credential can be revoked. After you confirm, the app calls our servers to permanently delete your authentication account and garage data. You stay signed in if deletion fails.
3. Before you delete
Export a garage PDF from Profile if you want a personal archive.
Deleting your account does not cancel Premium. Cancel in the App Store or Google Play first, or the store may continue to charge you.
4. What is removed
Typical deletions include profile data, garage records tied to your account, reminder preferences, Ask history we store, exports we hold for your account, and authentication credentials in our identity provider.
App stores, payment processors, email providers, and analytics or error tools may retain records under their own policies. Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you may remain. Some security or legal retention may apply as described in the Privacy Policy.
