Unless otherwise stated, original RPMBase software, design, branding, and editorial content are protected by copyright and related rights.

Manufacturer names, model names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. See the Trademark Policy.

Users may submit garage notes, photos, and other content. By submitting content, you represent that you own it or have permission to share it, and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

RPMBase may remove or disable access to content that appears to infringe rights, violate law, or breach our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe content on RPMBase infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@rpmbase.app including: your contact information, a description of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material (URL or in-app path), a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

Where the U.S. DMCA applies, we will process compliant notices and counter-notices in accordance with the statute. We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, email support@rpmbase.app with a counter-notice including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, consent to jurisdiction of an appropriate court, and your signature.
