Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets rules for using RPMBase websites, APIs, and mobile apps. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Permitted use
Use RPMBase for lawful personal purposes related to tracking cars you own and using the informational tools we provide.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not: violate law, including privacy, intellectual property, export, or consumer protection rules; scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data beyond normal interactive use or APIs you are authorized to use; probe, scan, or attack our systems, or bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls; upload malware, spam, or deceptive content; harass, threaten, or doxx others; impersonate RPMBase, manufacturers, or other people or organizations; claim official OEM endorsement; use Ask or other features to generate harmful instructions for illegal activity or unsafe vehicle modifications presented as professional advice; resell or commercially redistribute the service without written permission; or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service.
3. User-generated content
Notes, photos, and other submissions must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, non-infringing, and appropriate. We may remove content and restrict accounts that breach this AUP.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, throttle or suspend access, terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities or rights holders when appropriate.
5. Reporting abuse
Report abuse to support@rpmbase.app. Include URLs, screenshots, and a short description. Copyright and trademark claims should follow the Copyright and Trademark policies.
